NOTIFICATION ON THE METHOD OF SUBMITTING CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
According to article 6. paragraph 3. Law on Consumer Protection (NN nr 130/17) we inform our clients that complaints about their dissatisfaction with provided services can be submitted in writing to the address: Alta Maris d.o.o., Cindrova 6, 21311 Split-Podstrana and the service provider will without delay confirm the receipt of the complaint.
The reply to the written complaint of the consumer will be provided in writing no later than 15 days after the receipt of the complaint. We kindly ask you to give us your name and surname, and the address for reply.
